Refund policy

Every SuanSupply product is digital: spreadsheets, templates, Notion templates, browser tools, PDFs and app access. You get your files or access right after you pay, and a download can't be returned, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges. This applies to every product, wherever you buy it.

Before you buy

Each product page lists what's included, the format and what you need to use it (for example Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Notion or a web browser). If you're not sure a product fits, email us before you buy and we'll tell you honestly.

If something goes wrong

If a file won't open, is missing, or doesn't match its description, or your access code doesn't work, email hello@suansupply.com with your order number. We'll fix it or send you a working file.

Where you bought it

• On suansupply.com: checkout is provided by Polar, the merchant of record for your order.
• Hook Deck: sold through Payhip. Access codes switch off if an order is cancelled or reversed.
• On Etsy: our Etsy shop policy is the same: digital items can't be returned or refunded.

Your legal rights

Where the law gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, for example within 14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you ask us to deliver your files or access immediately when you complete your purchase, and you agree that this right ends once delivery starts. Nothing in this policy limits other rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
