Sourcing quote terms (short version)

  1. We help with information and introductions only. We reach out to suppliers and pass on what they tell us.
  2. We do not make, sell, inspect or guarantee any product, and we are not a party to any order, sample or payment between you and a supplier.
  3. You deal with and pay any supplier directly. You are responsible for checking samples, quality, safety, labelling, import rules and duties.
  4. Prices, MOQs and lead times are what suppliers told us on the day we asked. They can change, and final prices depend on specs, materials, packaging and shipping.
  5. To the fullest extent the law allows, SuanSupply is not liable for product quality, delays, losses or disputes between you and a supplier.
  6. Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. If you want further help, we tell you the price first and nothing starts until you agree.

Questions

Why is the quote free?

So you can see what factories say before you spend anything. Asking a few suppliers about your product costs us little; if you then want more (more suppliers, samples, follow-ups), we quote that work first and you decide.

Do you place orders or handle payments?

No. You get information from suppliers, not an order. Any order, sample or payment is between you and the supplier.

Are the prices final?

No. They are what suppliers told us on the day we asked. Final prices depend on specs, materials, packaging and shipping.

What can't you help with?

Branded copies, restricted or unsafe goods, and anything that needs a licence to import.
