The free English PDF is US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), the paper used in the US, Canada and Mexico. On A4 paper (210 x 297 mm), choose Fit to page in the print dialog and it prints with slightly wider margins. The full version on Etsy has both Letter and A4 files in English and Spanish.
Print at 100 percent (Actual size) for the neatest checkboxes, and slip the sheet into a plastic sleeve so it survives a damp campsite.
