USPS recommends these dates for expected delivery before December 25. For the lower 48 states the last day is Saturday, December 19 with Priority Mail Express; for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories, USPS Ground Advantage closes a day earlier, on December 16.

USPS gives one set of international dates for every region it lists: Africa, Asia/Pacific Rim, Australia/New Zealand, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, Mexico and the Middle East.

Has DHL Express published 2026 holiday deadlines for the US?
Not yet. As of October 12, 2026, DHL Express's US site lists no 2026 last-day-to-ship dates, so we don't show any. DHL Express is an international express service: ask for a transit time quote on DHL Express (US) for your exact origin and destination, and check back in November.
What are the Canada Post holiday deadlines for 2026?
Canada Post's October 2026 guidelines give send-by dates by zone. Dates are between major urban centres, so rural addresses need extra days. Shipping across the country by Regular Parcel means sending by Thursday, December 10.

Your last order date is the carrier's last day to ship minus your processing time in business days. Pick the service most of your orders use, count back your processing days (skip weekends if you don't ship on them) and announce the result early, so buyers order in time and you avoid late-delivery messages.
