SuanNews cover: China Product Radar: a Xiaomi shoe washer, a 160 W charger with a fan and three more launches

Our weekly look at what just launched in China: five consumer products released or priced on October 25 and 26, from $17.72 to $118.97 at Chinese retail prices, none of which we found in an English-language store yet.

The short version

  • Five consumer products launched or went on sale in China on October 25 and 26: a Xiaomi shoe washer, a Baseus 160 W charger with a screen and fan, an MCHOSE gaming headset, an AULA magnetic charging mouse and iKF clip-on earbuds.
  • Chinese retail prices run from 119 yuan ($17.72) for the mouse to 799 yuan ($118.97) for the shoe washer's crowdfunding price, at the October 26 central parity of 6.7162.
  • A quick English search on October 26 found no English retail listing for any of the five models; all five brands already sell other products outside China.
  • Three of the five contain radios and lithium batteries: FCC authorization and battery shipping rules apply before any of them can be sold in the US.

How we picked this week's five

Each week we read Chinese tech and trade outlets for consumer products that launched or went on sale in China and that a small seller could, in principle, source from a factory. This week's five come from launch reports published by IT Home (IT之家) on October 25 and 26, 2026. Prices are Chinese retail prices in yuan, converted at the 6.7162 yuan per US dollar central parity of October 26 (CFETS, as reported by 36Kr). We ran a quick English web search for each model on October 26.

This is a radar, not a recommendation: a launch in China says nothing yet about demand in your market.

All five makers already sell other products outside China, so "not found" means this model is new, not that the category is empty.

1. Xiaomi Mijia shoe washer 3KG

A small top-load machine just for shoes: it washes 2 to 4 pairs per cycle with a pulsator that sends water over the upper, sole and lining, has 8 programs including a sterilising cycle and a drum-clean cycle, and takes up 0.18 square meters of floor. Crowdfunding opens November 2 at 10:00 on Xiaomi Youpin at 799 yuan ($118.97), against a suggested retail price of 1,299 yuan ($193.41) (IT Home, October 26).

Seller notes: our English search found English coverage of Xiaomi's 3 kg mini laundry washer but not of this shoe washer, and portable shoe washers already sell in the US from several brands. It plugs into the wall, so a US version needs a 120 V build and electrical safety testing, and it is bulky to ship. The power and weight are not in the launch report.

2. Baseus Hurricane 3 160W charger

A three-port USB-C desk charger with a 1.8-inch screen that shows power, estimated charge time and temperature, and an active cooling fan (up to 12,500 rpm) that can be switched off. Any single port gives up to 140 W and all three together 160 W; it supports the PD AVS and MiPPS protocols. It went on sale on JD.com on October 26 at 399 yuan ($59.41) (IT Home, October 26).

Seller notes: 160 W multi-port chargers are a crowded category in English-language stores, including from Baseus itself; the screen plus fan is the new part. The launch report does not give size or weight. For the US, chargers need electrical safety testing and FCC compliance, so ask any factory for its test reports before ordering.

3. MCHOSE R9 gaming headset

A lightweight wireless gaming headset: about 235 g, about 150 hours per charge from a 1,050 mAh battery, and the maker's own low-latency wireless link (about 15 ms). It goes on sale on October 29 at a launch price of 249.2 yuan ($37.10), regular price 299 yuan ($44.52) (IT Home, October 26).

Seller notes: MCHOSE already sells its V9 headsets through retailers in Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and Europe; we found no English listing for the R9. A wireless headset contains a radio and a lithium battery, so see the compliance notes below.

4. AULA SC180 magnetic charging mouse

A tri-mode gaming mouse that snaps onto an RGB charging base through magnetic contacts, so it never needs a cable to charge. Pre-orders opened October 26; it goes on sale on all platforms on October 29 at 20:00 from 119 yuan ($17.72) after subsidy (IT Home, October 26). The maker has not yet published the weight, sensor or battery size.

Seller notes: AULA (狼蛛) sells other mice in English-language stores; we found no English listing for the SC180. At under $18 retail in China, it is the lowest-priced item on this week's list, but wait for the full specifications before asking for quotes.

5. iKF Ultra Clip open-ear earbuds

Clip-on open-ear earbuds with a 12 mm driver, LDAC, AAC and SBC codecs, IP56 water and dust resistance and up to 45 hours of total playback with the case (50 mAh per earbud, 450 mAh case). Listed on JD.com at 499 yuan ($74.30) (IT Home, October 25).

Seller notes: clip-style open-ear earbuds are drawing new launches: OnePlus launched its first pair, the Buds Clip, in markets outside China the same week (IT Home, October 26), and several brands already sell clip earbuds in the US. We found no English listing for the iKF model.

What it would take to sell any of these

  • Radios need FCC authorization. The headset, the mouse and the earbuds use Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz wireless, and radio devices need FCC equipment authorization before they are marketed in the US (FCC). Marketplaces ask for it too: see our eBay FCC ID brief.
  • Batteries change how you ship. Lithium batteries inside equipment ship under the hazardous materials rules for batteries "contained in equipment" (UN3481), with marking and quantity limits (PHMSA Lithium Battery Guide).
  • Mains products need a local version. The shoe washer and the charger plug into the wall: ask for the voltage and plug of your market and for electrical safety test reports.
  • Brand models are not for resale as your own. These are branded products. A factory can make a similar unbranded item, but never copy a design, a logo or a patented feature.

If one of these categories fits your shop, our free sourcing request collects quotes from factories that make similar products, and the landed cost calculator shows what one unit costs you delivered.
