Does it collect rent for me?
No. It's a tracker: you record payments as they come in by transfer, check or cash, and it keeps the balances and status.
Can I track a room or a unit, not a whole house?
Yes. Give each property as many units or rooms as you need and add a tenant to each one.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once on Etsy and keep the tool.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser, on your device. Nothing is uploaded. Use Back up to save a copy or move it to another computer.
