Frequently asked questions
Can customers fill in the order form online?
No. It's a printable form and a tracker for you. Print the blank form for customers, or type their order in and print it filled in.
Does it work for cookies and cupcakes too?
Yes. Add any item to your menu, such as a dozen cupcakes or decorated cookies, or add something else to an order with its own price.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once on Etsy and keep the tool.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser, on your device. Nothing is uploaded. Use Back up to save a copy or move it to another computer.
