It runs on one device at a time; it is not a shared online workspace. Share a backup file or the CSV to pass your plan to someone else.

Yes. A task with the same start and due date shows as a milestone on the timeline.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once on Etsy and keep the tool.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser, on your device. Nothing is uploaded. Use Back up to save a copy or move it to another computer.
