Payment schedules
Add each vendor's payments (or a quick deposit and final payment) and tick them off. Every payment still to pay is listed by due date.
Guest list
Each invitation with how many people, side, RSVP, meal choice and table, with headcounts and meal totals.
Dashboard
Days to go, booked, paid and left to spend, budget by category, next payments, what's still to book and booked cost per guest. Export to CSV.

Is the budget split advice?
No. It's a starting point. Change the percentages or the categories to fit your plans, and anything not assigned stays as room for surprises.
Can we both use it?
It saves on the device you use. Share it between devices with a backup file and Restore.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once on Etsy and keep the tool.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser, on your device. Nothing is uploaded. Use Back up to save a copy or move it to another computer.
