You buy a tool once on Etsy and it is yours. Our trackers, calculators and generators are browser tools: they open on your computer, work offline after the first open, and keep working without a login. Our Notion templates are duplicated into your own workspace. Our Hook Deck flashcards come with lifetime access, and we keep adding new examples to them every week.
There is no plan to pick, no trial that turns into a charge and nothing to cancel.
Why don't we sell subscriptions?
- Small sellers already pay enough every month. A Shopify Basic store is US$39 a month (US$29 billed yearly), Amazon's Professional plan is $39.99 a month, and Etsy Plus is an optional $10 a month. An invoice generator or an inventory tracker should not be one more line on that list.
- Your records should not depend on a payment. Invoices, client lists and stock counts are the history of your business. With a pay-once tool they stay usable whether or not you buy anything else from us.
- Renewals are work that doesn't make a tool better. Chasing renewals means support tickets, failed payments and churn. We would rather spend that time making the next tool.
Why does your data stay on your device?
Because there is no account, there is no server holding your numbers. Our browser tools save to your own device as you type. Every one of them has a Back up button that downloads your data as a file, a Restore button that loads it on another computer, and a CSV export for your spreadsheet or your accountant. Nobody, us included, can see your invoices or your margins.
What is the trade-off?
Two things, and we would rather say them up front. There is no automatic sync between devices: you move your data with Back up and Restore. And because the data lives on your device, keeping a backup is your job. Clearing your browser data clears the tool's data too, so we put the Back up button where you can see it.
So how does SuanSupply make money?
By making more tools, one purchase at a time, on our Etsy shop. Our free calculators and guides on this site are free to use. Some guides link to services we use and recommend, and when a page earns us a commission it says so near the top.
