How do you use the sales tracker?
- Set your currencyOn Settings, type your currency symbol.
- Add your productsOn Products, replace the examples with your own products and prices.
- Log each saleOn Sales, type the date, pick the product and type the quantity and price.
- Read the dashboardThe dashboard updates by itself: see your best month and your best sellers.
How do you open it in Google Sheets?
Go to sheets.google.com, choose File > Import > Upload, pick the file and choose Replace spreadsheet (or Create new spreadsheet). The formulas, dropdowns and charts keep working. In Microsoft Excel, just double-click the file.
Type only in the cells with red headers and light yellow fill. Grey cells hold formulas, so leave them alone, and clear the example data by deleting cell contents, not whole rows.

Can I track profit with the free version?
The free version tracks sales and units. Profit needs the cost of each product, which the full version adds, together with margin per product.
How many sales can I log?
Up to 500 sales and 30 products per file. For a new year, save a copy of the file and clear the example rows.
Is this accounting software?
No. It's a spreadsheet that helps you organize your sales numbers. It isn't accounting or tax advice.
